Brethren, our Lodge & surrounding area need a sprucing up prior to our September opening Meeting. Many of our Brethren answered the call on August 7. The work was hard and the hamburgers were good. Brethren, Saturday, June 26 was Family Day at Robinson Bay, Jackfish Lake, hosted ty our Filipino Brethren and their Families. It was a beautiful day with lots of people, including Brethren from other Lodges. Fun and games for Children & Adults alike. The food, was amazing, with various Filipino dishes and a roast pig. Quite simply delicious.
A great deal of planning and execution of this event was obvious and a enormous thank you to all those involved. It was good to see all the Children having a great time, as well as the adults. It is obvious that our Filipino Brethren know how to put on an event. Hopefully this was the first, annual event in the Park. Thanks to all who attended.
