Just a Few Updates

Apologies for the delays. ( I just recovered back our Blog)

Building Committee report and update

 Brethren

 

The building committee has been and continues to be vey active in cleaning up our lodge.

Many items belonging to other concordant bodies have been moved along, others remain with the committee being told we’ll check further on that. There has been no response or reports of any findings. The Committee would like to continue with this and remind any who indicated they’d check to do so and report back to VW Bro Hogger or RW Bro Crush. A couple of matters of concern.

 

• There is the musical instruments from Shrine which occupy a significant amount of storage space and go unused.
• We’re hoping to confirm if these are going to the Shrine in Regina and who may take them or if consideration of donating the locally should be given.
• There is the matter of the second organ which, has not been used to anyone’s knowledge, and it’s the committees understating that there is no interest in the organ. The SE corner could be much better used .
• In this matter the committee is offering the organ out to any member or members acquaintance who may want and put it to use, it’s unknown if it actually works.
• If the organ has not been claimed and moved by the Sept meeting, The Committee will dispose of it and or donate it if a party or group can be found.

This are just a few matters more communication on other matters is expected before the Sept meeting.
